Tools for Living Now: Mindfulness-Based Insights, Practices, and Strategies is a self-guided course designed to help you live more fully and with less distress. Dr. Kozak teaches mindfulness and mindfulness meditation techniques plus additional therapeutic approaches that he’s used in clinical practice, workshops, and his books.
